What’s the difference between the Classic, Deluxe, Premium, and Luxury kits?

Our kits vary in size and content to match different levels of preparation. The Classic (Small) covers the basics, Deluxe (Medium) offers a bit more variety, Premium (Large) is more comprehensive, and Luxury (Extra-Large) provides the ultimate selection of festival essentials. What Kit would you recommend for a man?

While most kits align with those identifying as women, our basic (frontline kit is ideal for the male masquerader, as it is every essential anyone would need during carnival.

Are the products in the kits travel-friendly?

Yes, all items in the kits are travel-sized and meet TSA guidelines, making them easy to pack and carry.

Do you offer bulk or group discounts?

Yes! We provide discounts for bulk orders, ideal for groups traveling to Carnival together and concierge companies. Please contact us for more details.

Can I purchase a kit as a gift?

Do you offer Gift Cards?

How long does shipping take?

Shipping typically takes 3-7 business days once the item has shipped, depending on your location. We recommend ordering early, especially during peak festival seasons. Processing times take 3-5 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. We offer standard and expedited shipping options to ensure your Carnival Travel Kit arrives in time for the festivities.

When is the last day to order before February/March Carnivals (e.g., Trinidad)?

To ensure your Carnival Travel Kit arrives in time for February/March events like Trinidad Carnival, please place your order by February 17 (for U.S. orders). We recommend ordering as early as possible to avoid any potential shipping delays.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we only ship in the United States, including the USVI and Puerto Rico.

International shipping will be available starting December 5, 2024.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's progress.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Currently, we do not offer in-person order pickups. All orders are shipped directly to your address for convenience. We aim to make the process as hassle-free as possible by delivering your Carnival essentials right to your doorstep.

Can I exchange my kit for a different size?

Exchanges are only considered if a larger size is requested. If your kit is unopened and unused, you may exchange it for a higher tier within 5 days of delivery. Please contact customer support for assistance via our Contact page.

Can I customize the contents of my kit?

Currently, the kits come as pre-packaged sets. We do not offer customization, but we have four different options to suit various needs.

Starting 2025, we will offer add-ons.

Our kits include a range of travel-sized essentials, such as sunscreen, body wash, deodorant, insect repellent, and more. It also includes carnival-specific accessories such as stockings, fanny packs, gems, and more. The exact contents vary based on the kit tier.

Can I choose the products in my kit?

Currently, the kits come as pre-packaged sets based on your selected tier. While customization is not available, we offer four different kit options to suit various needs and preferences, ensuring there's something for everyone.

What happens if the kit I want is sold out?

If a kit sells out, new orders will receive the next available kit. We’ll notify you at checkout if a particular kit is out of stock, and we will provide an estimated restock date or suggest alternative options. If your trip is within two weeks, we do recommend ordering a different package tier.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery for assistance. Please note that this is a hard deadline.
