Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we only ship in the United States, including the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.

Can I pick up my order in person?

What happens if the kit I want is sold out?

If a kit sells out, we will provide an estimated restock date or suggest alternative options. If your trip is within two weeks, we do recommend ordering a different package tier.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns nor exchanges. All sales are final.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact customer service within 3 days of delivery for assistance. Please note that this is a hard deadline.
